Once again this year, we are pleased to present a solo exhibition by Shinya Fukushima. Focusing on the Iga ware for which he is best known, this exhibition will feature a variety of works with particularly inventive forms. There will be flower vessels that playfully condense and reinterpret famous historical Iga masterpieces, pouring vessels with figurative designs, and larger works that make the most of the clay and the powerfully rustic effects of the firing.
