Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations cannot be accepted after 24 hours or once the item has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference or convenience.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the circumstances, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

As each ceramic piece is individually handcrafted, variations in shape, dimensions, color, glaze, and other characteristics may occur. Pieces may also exhibit features resulting from the firing process, such as warping, crazing, pinholes, iron spots, or stone bursts. When such features are considered part of the individual character of the work, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
