In addition to the sale price, shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and bank transfer fees may apply.
Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 880 yen nationwide. For international shipping, a separate quote will be provided.
Shipping is handled by Japan Post (domestic: Yu-Pack, international: EMS).
Customs duties may apply for international shipments.
Order Validity Period
Orders are valid for 7 days after placement.
If payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order, we will consider that you do not intend to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled.
Quantity Available
All items are one-of-a-kind pieces.
They are also sold simultaneously in our physical store.
While we do our best to update stock status on the website as frequently as possible, an item may already be sold out even if it is shown as "in stock" on the product page.
Delivery Timing
For items without a wooden box (tomobako) or for which the box has already been prepared, we will ship within 5 days of your order.
For some items, the wooden box will be made to order after your purchase.
In such cases, please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks before shipment.

Payment must be made in advance using one of the following methods.

*Bank transfers are accepted only from within Japan. Please note that the transfer fee is the customer's responsibility.
