Domestic Shipping within Japan

Orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post Yu-Pack.

A flat shipping fee of JPY 880 applies to all domestic orders.

Items that do not include a signed wooden box, or for which the wooden box is already available, will generally be shipped within 5 days of your order.

For items requiring a signed wooden box to be made after purchase, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks before shipment. Please refer to each product page for information regarding the availability of a wooden box.

If multiple items are ordered together, we may ship them together once all items are ready.

International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped via Japan Post EMS. Depending on the destination, the nature of the item, or other circumstances, we may offer an alternative shipping method.

International shipping fees are not charged at the time of your initial order.

Once your items have been prepared and packed for shipment, we will calculate the exact shipping cost and contact you separately. Your order will be shipped after payment of the shipping fee has been confirmed.

For items that do not include a signed wooden box, or for which the wooden box is already available, we will generally begin preparing the shipment within 5 days of your order.

For items requiring a signed wooden box to be made after purchase, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for preparation. Once the wooden box is completed, we will pack the item, calculate the shipping cost, and contact you.

Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to local shipping restrictions, international circumstances, or other conditions.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or the shipping fee paid to us and are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs regulations and applicable taxes vary by country and region. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

International shipments in particular may be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, international circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

Where tracking is available, we will provide you with the tracking information after shipment.

Shipping Information

Please make sure that your name, address, postal code, telephone number, and other shipping information are entered correctly when placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient, additional shipping and related costs may be charged for reshipment.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask you to provide photographs showing the damaged item, packaging materials, and outer shipping box.

As the shipping carrier may need to inspect the package, please retain the damaged item and all packaging materials until we provide further instructions.
