発送まで2〜4週間程お時間を頂く場合がございます。
After your order, we will ask the artist to make the box with their signature.
So in case of having that box, it will take two or four weeks after receiving your order to prepare the box for shipping.

・There are some parts that look like a crack. They are one of unique characteristics of unglazed potteries. We often call those crack "Yabure".
・It doesn't leak water and won't break.
・Do not put it in the microwave.
・Do not put it in the dishwasher
・No two are ever the same, so I don't accept additional orders.
・No returns accepted. Please ask all questions prior to bidding.

Damaged items can be returned for refunds within 7 days of receipt of items. Return shipping costs will be covered. Claims for damaged items must be received within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.

Basically, Customer Convenience Returns will not be acceptable.
